1. All trees shall be provided as container grown trees.
2. All landscaping plant material shall be guaranteed
for a period of thirty days from the date of S \ \ \
installation by contractor. After thirty days, the \ \ \ \ \ \
owner will be responsible for maintenance of all
landscaping.T:
3. The property owner is responsible for regular o \ \ \ \ \
weeding, mowing, fertilizing, and other maintenance \ \
of all plantings following acceptance from Contractor.
The required landscaping must be maintained in a \ \
healthy, growing condition at all times. \ \
4. Plant material shown here is represented at its \ \ \ \
