ENGINEERING COMMENTS NO. 1
1. Please add a note stating that the reconstruction of the existing driveway to be
same as previous condition or better.
A note was added on both pages.
2. Coordinate with property owners when they're expecting water outage.
A note was added on the lots to be affected.
3. Please provide grading, erosion control plan, and construction details.
Sheet 1 of 2 was added to show the erosion and sediment control and a
note stating the proposed grades will be at the same elevation as existing
grade. The waterline detail sheets have been added to the plan set.
