The cleaning of equipment or materials within the drip line of any tree or group of trees that are protected and required to remain is strictly prohibited. The disposal of any waste material such as, but not limited to, paint, oil, solvents, asphalt, concrete, mortar, or other harmful liquids or materials within the drip line of any tree required to remain is also prohibited. 9. All construction shall be in accordance with the stamped approved plans and specifications for the above-named project and all of the codes and ordinances of the City of College Station, as well as State and Federal Regulations that apply.
