If you can provide us with any traffic information and a property layout it may help us gain a better assessment of the access possibilities. Future redevelopment of this parcel will require a driveway permit if an access driveway is desired. Coordinate with Txdot through your office (The City of College Station) to discuss available options for access prior to redevelopment.
