Project: The Barracks II Ph 400 (FP) (14-00900167)
PLANNING
1. Please note that any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City
of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter.
2. Please note that you may be required to submit paid tax certificates if they are not current
prior to the filing of your plat.

ENGINEERING COMMENTS NO. 1
1. Please fix the scale reference on plat. Scale reference seems to be 1:50 instead
of the displayed 1:40.
2. North Arrows of the Plat & Vicinity Map are not pointing in the right direction.
3. Please provide a city's horizontal control monument tied to one of the lot corners.
4. FYI if infrastructure associated with site plan is dependent on utilities being
constructed with Phase 108 timing will need to be coordinated.
5. Was it intentional to put 20' Public Utility Easement on top of existing easement?
