SUBJECT: Antonio's Pizza (Ng) NRA Review
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned site plan as requested. The following page is a list of staff
review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and
submit the following information for further staff review:
One (1) revised set of elevation drawings
Color Samples
Please note that this application will expire in 90 days from the date of this memo, if the
applicant has not provided written response comments and revised documents to the
Administrator that seek to address the staff review comments contained herein. If there are
comments that you are not addressing with the revised elevations, please attach a letter
explaining the details. If you have any questions or need additional information, please call me

PLANNING
1. Please resubmit plans on a 24"-36" minimum sheet size. The scale should be the largest
standard engineering scale possible on sheet.
2. The title block should include the following:
a. Legal description of site
b. Name, address, and telephone number of applicant. Woodhill Studios can
remain in the title block if they are the developer/owner or architect/engineer,
but the applicant should also be included.
3. Show elevations of each building and screening structure as well as placement of materials
and colors on the facades and identify public entrances.
4. New plans indicate removal of the recessed entry. Please note that for every 25 feet there
should be a minimum of 2 architectural design features from the following options: canopies,
permanent decorative awnings, hood/drip molding over windows, cornices, corbelling,
quoining, stringcourses, pilasters, columns, pillars, arcades, bay/oriel windows, balconies
that extend from the building, recessed entries, stoops, and porches.
5. Please include the following dimensions:
a. Total vertical square footage of each building material
b. Total vertical square footage of transparency between zero and eight feet (0-
8') above ground level
6. Please add a note to the plan that states, "All signs must be permitted through the sign
permitting process" or that the sign is not being changed.
