This analysis has been performed in order to determine the required pipe sizes to serve only this development without offsite contributions. The data generated from this analysis can be used to justify that an 8" line along Royal Adelade and Pebble Creek Parkway is the size that is required to serve this development. The cost difference between the 8" and 12" water line is the cost shown on the attached estimate. As shown in Exhibit A, the 8" line provides adequate flow and pressure for this development. A copy of the water model with the 12" line is included in Exhibit B, and a copy of the Engineer's Estimate for the difference between the two lines is included in Exhibit C.
