To whom it may concern,
I, James H. Hughes,Manager of VCJ,LLC,which owns the property located at 110
College Main in College Station,Texas, am writing at the request of Social Lounge, which is my
tenant at 110 College Main.
I give Frank Hageal (Riviera Rendezvous, LLC, owner of Social Lounge) my
authorization to construct a fence in front of the property creating a gated area to serve as a patio
to the building. This authorization is restricted to acts that have been approved by the City of
College Station, and which comply with the ordinances and zoning established by the City of
College Station.
This is in no way authorization to modify the inside or the outside of the existing
building, or to make changes which impact the adjoining properties without written approval
from business owners of the adjoining properties.
This authorization will continue in effect until withdrawn in writing by me.

Being a 0.10 acre tract or parcel of land lying and Leing
situated in then J.E. " Scott League - Abstract No. 50, Brazos County, Texas,
and being Lot 6 and Lot 7 , Block Two, of the U.C. Boyett's •Subdivision an
addition to the City of College Station, Texas, recorded in Volume 38, Pages
614 and 615 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas.
Said 0.10 acre tract being more particularly described by metes and
bounds as follows:

continuing along the northeast Right-of-way line of Old College Main for a
