The Mylar original of the revised final plat with the owner and County Judge's
signatures (will be required after the County's approval).
Upon receipt of the required documents, your project will be considered formally filed with the
City of College Station. Please note that this application will expire in 90 days from the date of
this memo, if the applicant has not provided written response comments and revised documents
to the Administrator that seek to address the staff review comments contained herein.
Please note that a Mylar original of the revised final plat will be required after Staff approval and

PLANNING
1. Please label current plat "Lot 14" instead of 14A.
2. Please remove proposed easement lines on current plat.
3. Please remove existing lines on amended plat.
4. Please remove all existing improvements on amended plat (residence, driveway,
drainage structure, etc.).
5. Change "Approval of City Engineer" to "Certificate of City Engineer."
6. Remove legal description from under current plat label.
7. Revise adjacent lot descriptions to reflect appropriate phasing — Phase 2.
8. Please note that you, the applicant, are responsible for scheduling the plat for
consideration by the County Commissioner's Court and for getting the County Judge's
signature on the Mylar after they approve the plat. should
9. Once revised 24x36 is submitted for review and deemed approvable, applicant
take mylar to Brazos County first for signatures then to the City of College Station for
filing.

7. Depict adjacent lots with accurate legal descriptions as the surrounding area has been
platted.
8. Please provide a note regarding the Homeowner's Association and recorded documents
applicable to this lot.
9. Please adjust acronyms in notes to mirror acronyms on plat.
10. Format all certificates and headings to have similar fonts and formatting.
11. Under Owner's Acknowledgement and Dedication, change the word SATE to STATE.
12. Please change County of Denton to County of Brazos.
13. Remove Approval of the Planning Zoning Commission certificate and replace with:
