The tables for both façades located at the bottom of the drawing are still indicating percentage calculations for all materials between 0 and 8 feet. Transparency is the only material that is calculated between 0 and 8 feet. All other material percentages listed should be calculated using the entire façade area. An example of the table needed is as follows: Stucco (amount in square feet) = % of total façade Brick (amount in square feet) = % of total façade Transparency (amount in square feet) = % of facade between 0 and 8 feet Total facade (amount in square feet) = 100% Please change the tables for both façades to reflect the above table. 2. As discussed on the phone, the front façade facing Church Street is meeting the requirement to apply for an administrative adjustment of 7.43% which is 16.31 square feet less than the required 219.62 square feet. 3. The Second Street façade, with° the additional brick, is also still deficient. façade is currently meeting 20% of the required 25% masonry. This percent deficit equates to 14.55 square feet of brick missing. In order to meet the maximum request for an administrative adjustment, being 10% of the required 25%, an additional 7.275 square feet of brick needs to be added to the building. This will leave you with an administrative adjustmenttherequest r addition and the includeull de Othe which is also 7.275 square feet. Please make adjustment in your application with the main façade. Please modify the amount of brick material on the building to reflect this requirement. FYI... some of the calculations of the percentages within the materials tables are off. Please review those calculations and change as needed. The ones that I noted were the Side elevation brick percentage and stucco percentage. The brick percentage states it as 19%, but when calculated as a percentage of the total façade it comes out as 7.6%. The stucco says it is 55% when it computes to 66%. 2.
