SUBJECT: CREEK MEADOWS SEC 3 PH 1 — LTS 1A & 2A B 3 CA V (FP-AMEND)
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned final plat as requested. Please submit the following
information and address the attached list of staff review comments:
One (1) 24"x36" copy of the revised final plat;
One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat; and
One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to:
pdsdigitalsubmittalcstx.gov.
Upon receipt of the required documents, your project will be considered formally filed with the
City of College Station. Please note that this application will expire in 90 days from the date of
this memo, if the applicant has not provided written response comments and revised documents
to the Administrator that seek to address the staff review comments contained herein.
Please note that a Mylar original of the revised final plat will be required after Staff approval and
prior to the filing of the plat. If you have any questions or need additional information, please call

PLANNING
1. Please note that any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City
of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter.
2. Please note that you may be required to submit paid tax certificates if they are not current
prior to the filing of your plat.
3. Revise title block to say "an amending plat of."
4. Please change Lots 1R & 2R to 1A & 2A.
5. Please change common area on amended plat to "VA."
6. Please change reference to the left of Lot 7, Block 2 to say Section 1 B, Phase 1.
7. Please change Certificate of Ownership and Dedication to reflect title block, and include
common area.

1. The plat boundary does not currently close. Please provide curve data for curves
C3 and C4.

electric service to this project location.
