SUBJECT: GREENS PRAIRIE CENTER PHASE 2A (MP)
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned final plat as requested. The following page is a list of staff
review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and
submit the following information for further staff review.
One (1) 24"x36" copy of the revised final plat;
One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat; and
One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to:
pdsdigitalsubmittalAcstx.gov.
Please note that this application will expire in 90 days from the date of this memo, if the
applicant has not provided written response comments and revised documents to the
Administrator that seek to address the staff review comments contained herein.
Please note that a Mylar original of the revised final plat will be required prior to the filing of the
plat. If you have any questions or need additional information, please call me at 979.764.3570.

STAFF REVIEW COMMENTS NO. 1
Project: Greens Prairie Center Phase 2A, Block 5, Lots 2R-A— 12R-A (14-00900238)
PLANNING
1. Please remove Certificate of Planning and Zoning Commission and add Certificate of City
Planner.
2. In the title block, please change the page number to 140-142.
3. The length for the PUE on Lot 9R-A does not show 21', please revise.
4. Please show the original plat exactly as it appears on the filed plat page 140. The submitted
sheet shows lines that are not dimensioned and areas that do not have callouts. For
example please label common areas 3 and 4 and lines along Mills Park Circle.
5. Please note that any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City
of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your
plans.
6. Please note that you may be required to submit paid tax certificates if they are not current
prior to the filing of your plat.

1. Please tie property to a City of College Station horizontal control monument.

ADDRESSING
1. As a result of this amending plat being approved, the owner is responsible for all address
change-related costs. This may include street signs to meet public street sign standards
and/or existing building numbers. The owner is also responsible for notifying the existing
tenants and property owners of the address change.
2. The proposed street names have been preliminarily approved and will be re-verified prior to
filing any plats to ensure no duplicate street names are being created within Brazos County.

I reviewed the above-mentioned Final Plat - Minor Or Amending application and determined it to
be incomplete. The following is the preliminary list of items needed to complete the submittal.
Please submit the following information so this application can be forwarded for review:
Provide title reports for the lots not owned by Brazos Texas Land Development,
LLC; and
Provide signature pages for other owners and proof of authority for the signing
individual to sign if the lots are owned by a corporation.
Please be aware that if this application is not completed before Monday, October 28, 2014, it
will expire and a new application and fees will be necessary to continue the replatting process.
