Please identify the colors of all materials. FYI...Paint colors being used must come from the City of College Station approved color palette. When providing the color sample please provide the name and paint ID number if Sherwin Williams brand. If the brand is not Sherwin Williams please provide the paint ID equivalent, or provide the physical swatch so that we may match the color with colors in our approved list. 2. Landscape regulations outlined in article seven of the Unified Development Ordinance state that dumpsters, concrete retaining walls where more than six (6) vertical inches of untreated concrete are visible, off-street loading areas, utility connections, and any other site characteristics that could be considered visually offensive must be adequately screened. Please treat exposed foundations on sheets A303 (North Elevation), and A304 (Side elevation 1) to meet this requirement. 3. Please label elevations on Sheet A301, A302, and A304. 4.
