STAFF REVIEW COMMENTS NO. 1
Lick Creek Nature Center (NRA) — NRA Review
14-00900251
PLANNING
1. Please identify the colors of all materials. FYI...Paint colors being used must come from the
City of College Station approved color palette. When providing the color sample please
provide the name and paint ID number if Sherwin Williams brand. If the brand is not Sherwin
Williams please provide the paint ID equivalent, or provide the physical swatch so that we
may match the color with colors in our approved list.
2. Landscape regulations outlined in article seven of the Unified Development Ordinance state
that dumpsters, concrete retaining walls where more than six (6) vertical inches of untreated
concrete are visible, off-street loading areas, utility connections, and any other site
characteristics that could be considered visually offensive must be adequately screened.
Please treat exposed foundations on sheets A303 (North Elevation), and A304 (Side
elevation 1) to meet this requirement.
3. Please label elevations on Sheet A301, A302, and A304.
4. Please identify the two types of architectural relief for elevation 2 on sheet A304
