Jerry,
I had a question about your comment#3 from this comment set.
Please change "Certificate of City Planner"to "Certificate of Planning and Zoning Commission."
We did an almost identical Minor Plat last year adjacent to this one (TM5 SUBDIVISION (FP-MINOR) - 13-00900029, the
project was later changed to Murphy Subdivision), and Lauren Hovde had the following comment:
The Certificate of Planning and Zoning Commission needs to be replace with the Certificate of City Planner since
the plat is being processed as a Minor Plat.
Could you please clarify what to use on these plats? I ask because Murphy Subdivision (13-00900029) is about to be
filed in December. The client is about to demolish the buildings which is the last step before it can be filed. I need to
know what signature I need to put on that Mylar, and what signature to put on Murphy II Subdivision Minor Plat.

the property has never been platted therefore it was not platted prior to 1970 so UDO Sec. 12-8.3 (H) does not apply, at
least that is how the adjacent Murphy Subdivision was approved without a waiver. I have attached a copy of that plat.
