Please change "Certificate of City Planner"to "Certificate of Planning and Zoning Commission." We did an almost identical Minor Plat last year adjacent to this one (TM5 SUBDIVISION (FP-MINOR) - 13-00900029, the project was later changed to Murphy Subdivision), and Lauren Hovde had the following comment: The Certificate of Planning and Zoning Commission needs to be replace with the Certificate of City Planner since the plat is being processed as a Minor Plat. Could you please clarify what to use on these plats? I ask because Murphy Subdivision (13-00900029) is about to be filed in December. The client is about to demolish the buildings which is the last step before it can be filed. I need to know what signature I need to put on that Mylar, and what signature to put on Murphy II Subdivision Minor Plat. I have attached a copy of that plat.
