City Engineer Development Services City of College Station College Station, Texas RE: Letter Acknowledging City Standards—The Barracks II Subdivision Phases 107 Dear Mr. Gibbs: The purpose of this letter is to acknowledge that the construction plans for the water, sanitary sewer, streets and drainage for the above-referenced project, to the best of my knowledge, do not deviate from the B/CS Design Guideline Manual except that there is a 1 foot clearance from the back of the curb to the sidewalk along Kimber Lane, Block 22. The rest of the subdivision has this clearance, and the developer would like to continue this alignment for the sake of continuity. No other alternate design or construction methodology was used.
