The overall landscape plan required 5,757 total landscape points. The Constructed North Forest Professional Park Phase 2 Landscape Plan(City of College Station Project#7-500257)provides 7,040 total landscape points. We have field verified that the existing landscaping is as was proposed on the previously approved plan. The BV Plastic Surgery project removed 6 non-canopy trees for total points removed of 240. The BV Plastic Surgery improvements resulted in 6,800 total landscape points which is greater than the 5,757 required, therefore the Jones Law Firm Office landscaping is in compliance with the overall site requirements.
