Reviewed by: Sam Weido Date: December 2, 2014 Jessica Bullock From: Benjamin Mccarty Sent: Tuesday, December 30, 2014 11:03 AM To: Jessica Bullock Subject: Chad Jones Law Office Building Jess, The building has two tenant spaces, one for the law office and the second to be finished out at a later date by a tenant. The 2,000 sq ft unfinished tenant space will probably require to exit doors, which will require an additional sidewalk from that side exit door. So a side exit door will be on both sides(west and east sides) of the proposed building, with a necessary Accessible Route sidewalk from both side exit doors.
