On May 7,2015,a Terracon Consultants,Inc.,representative was present at the above referenced project to obtain 3 samples of lime-
treated material and returned to the laboratory. The samples are being prepared for Plasticity Index,pH,and Optimum Moisture and
Density Relationship.
Results of the tests performed will be shown on Report Nos.Al 151054.0003A,A1151054.0003B and A1151054.0003C.
A Terracon Consultants,Inc.,representative also secured 3 samples of pulver-mixed,lime-treated soil for testing to determine the
gradation. The tests were performed on site in accordance with applicable ASTM procedures and the results are shown below.
