The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information for further staff review and to be scheduled for a future Planning & Zoning Commission meeting: One (1) 24"x36" copy of the revised Rezoning Map; Thirteen (13) 11"x17" copies of the revised Rezoning Map; One (1) copy of the digital file of the revised rezoning Metes & Bounds on diskette or e-mail to pdsdigitalsubmittalna cstx.gov. Please note that this application will expire in 90 days from the date of this memo, if the applicant has not provided written response comments and revised documents to the Administrator that seek to address the staff review comments contained herein. If all required items are not received, your project will be not be scheduled on the P&Z agenda. Yourproject may be placed on a future agenda once all comments have been addressed and the appropriate re-advertising fees paid. Please add the abbreviation to all zoning labels on the zoning map i.e. GS General Suburban and T Townhouse. 2. FYI there was a condition on the original rezoning that took place earlier this year. The condition stated that the overall density of the project will not exceed 8 units per acre. This condition will be carried into the rezoning recommendation from staff. Please show the city limit line on the Vicinity Map and change the project boundary to1.84 acre portion only, not the entire project site.
