I am ready to stamp, but I need five full size (24x36) copies to place in our file and to distribute to our building official. As soon as I get the five sets, Kevin and I can stamp all of the Plans. Should you need any extra stamped copies of the building elevations or site plans please submit those as well. If you have any other questions please let me know. Please see a response to comments and a description of changes to the project PROJECT NAME: elevations below. Shipley Donuts PROJECT LOCATION: Caprock College Station, TX SUBMISSION NOTES: 1. A note was added to identify the canopy on the rear elevation. This canopy is one of two required architectural elements. 2. The note for the facade recess was changed to a note for the recessed window with pilaster. The recessed window with pilaster is one of the two required architectural elements. 3. A note was added to the elevations stating 'All signage proposed for the building is to be permitted separately.' The current building elevations include alterations from the previous NRA submission. Changes include: 1. Eliminating all trellises and planters from the facade. 2. Replacing the cedar in the window canopies with steel. 3. Replacing the cast stone base with a stucco base. 4. Relocating the entry doors to the center of the window assemblies. 5. Eliminating a window above the drive thru window. 6. Expanding a window on the right (3) elevation.
