On the rear elevation, please clarify that the metal trim cap is also the canopy for the purposes of counting toward the architectural elements. 2. The right elevation is showing a recessed façade. As required under section seven of the Unified Development Ordinance, recessed or projected façades, must meet a minimum depth of four (4) feet. Please verify that this is being met. If not, please revise the depth of the building foot print to account for the required depth, or use a different element to count toward the required articulation. 3. Please add a general note to the building elevation plan stating that all signage proposed for the building is to be permitted separately. 4. After a phone conversation with the architect it was brought to our attention that the trellis structures on the buildings are being removed, the planters are being taken out as well. If any of the planters are staying we will need to see a sample or image of the proposed finish of the material since they were added to the revised elevations reviewed under the second round review. 5. Note: Any changes made to the plans that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter. Any additional changes on these plans that have not been pointed out to the City, will constitute a completely new review. 6. As requested: The following requirements show the screening requirement for roof mounted mechanical equipment. "All mechanical equipment shall be screened from view or located so as not to be visible from any public right-of-way or residential district when viewed within one hundred fifty (150) feet of the perimeter boundary of the subject lot or tract measured from a height five (5) feet above grade. Such screening shall be coordinated with the building architecture, materials, colors, and scale to maintain a unified appearance. Acceptable methods of screening are: encasement, parapet walls, partition screens, brick/stone/masonry walls or fences." Reviewed by: MARK BOMBEK Date: 02-09-2015 MISCELLANEOUS 1. Irrigation system must be protected by either a Pressure Vacuum Breaker or Reduced Pressure Principle Back Flow Device and installed as per City Ordinance 2394. 2.
