For the purposes of this application please remove the detail in the building and show building outline, entry ways, and outdoor dining area with table and chairs. 2. Please show property lines and label University Drive and College Main. 3. In the title block, please show legal description, and name of developer/owner. • Legal Description — Boyett, Block 1, Lot 1A & 2A 4. Please show ownership and current zoning of parcel and abutting parcels. • Adjacent properties are also zoned NG-1 5. Please label all dimensions of the outdoor dining area, specifically the north and south fence lines. Please also include total square footage of area. 6. Please provide width of sidewalk along University Drive and the sidewalk width remaining for clear path of travel on College Main. 7. Please show utilities, labeling the size, with or adjacent to the site. 8. Please label the use of building and total square footage. 10. A signed and notarized letter of indemnification from the property owner is required. The indemnification form is attached. Please provide Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission license or permit with permitted area included. 12. Please provide notarized authorization from the property owner for the outdoor dining area. 13. With this submittal some departments are unable to review the project at this time. They need to see information that I am asking for such as utilities and the width of sidewalks. Upon resubmittal they will review and make comments as needed. 14. The insurance policy should be for Z Bar & Bistro. 15. The City of College Station is required to be identified as an Additional Insured on the Certificate of Liability Insurance. 16. Please note that any changes made to the plans that have not been requested by the City of College Station must be explained in your next transmittal letter.
