SUBJECT: The Waters Edge on 2818
Dear Danielle:
This letter will serve as an update to the Waters Edge on 2818 TIA, dated February 5,
2015.
The Waters Edge on 2818 TIA stated that the development would not be responsible for
construction of a westbound right-turn lane at the intersection of Texas Avenue and
Harvey Mitchell Parkway (FM 2818). After discussion with the City of College Station, it
has been determined that the construction of this westbound right-turn lane will be
required by the development due to the increase in delays for the westbound right-turn
movement with the addition of site traffic.
Updated levels of service (LOS) are shown in the table below, reflecting the addition of the
westbound left-turn lane at Texas Avenue and Harvey Mitchell Parkway in the 2016 Site
Plus Forecasted with Site-Required Improvements Only scenario.
