The Waters Edge on 2818 TIA stated that the development would not be responsible for construction of a westbound right-turn lane at the intersection of Texas Avenue and Harvey Mitchell Parkway (FM 2818). After discussion with the City of College Station, it has been determined that the construction of this westbound right-turn lane will be required by the development due to the increase in delays for the westbound right-turn movement with the addition of site traffic.
