That report described and analyzed two sewer Service Areas (East and West)that served the various buildings in the proposed development along with existing structures in the vicinity. Page 9 of that report shows a breakdown of anticipated flows from the facilities in each Service Area and the capacity of the sewer line serving each. Those flows are shown below. East Service Area Avg Daily Flow(gpm) 1 Peak Hourly (gph) Line Capacity (gph) Existing Facilities 1 61.61 ` 14,786.4 — — ......... It has since been replaced with a PVC pipe @ 0.75%slope. In April 2, 2007, a Sanitary Sewer Design Memo was submitted to analyze the ability of the West Service Area to serve the Marriot Residence Inn being anticipated at that time. This building added 13,200 gph to the peak flow in West Service Area, increasing the Total Flow through the line to 21,854 gph which was well below the capacity of the 8' line serving that area. 4101 SOUTH TEXAS AVENUE,SUITE A-BRYAN,TEXAS 77802 TEL:979.846.6212 FAX:979.846.8252 WWW.CECTEXAS.COM W.CECTEXAS.COM Proposed Development The current development of Phase 3 has necessitated sewer flows from what was then Building 8 (now referred to a Buildings B &F on the current plans)be redirected to the West Service Area. The anticipated use of the floor space inside these two buildings is unknown at this time. However, using the same flowrate assumptions as in the May 2005 Report and the April 2007 memo, the new flowrate into the sewer line serving the West Service Area is as follows: Revised West Service Area Avg Daily Flow...($pm)...........!....................Peak Hourly (gph)............. ......Line Capacity (gph).......... Existing Facilities 29.25 7,020.8 Building 3........... _..__.... 0.77 185.0 Building4..............._.. a 3.78_ f 908.3 Building 5........................— ..__..__..-_...._.._...._._. 1.03247.5 Building6 0.61 ............................ - 146.2..____........_.....__ — — .... — .._..— ........_._.__...... .... . ......... -....__.. _.._......................................__, ...._...... — — ............... Building 7 0.61 146.2 Marriot Residence Inn na 13,200.0 Building 8 16.26 3,903.0 TOTAL na 25,757.0 28,200 Conclusion From the table above, we conclude that the 8" sewer line serving the West Service Area can provide adequate sewer service to Buildings B &F as is being proposed with the Phase 3 development.
