If they wanted to, it would be a waiver to the subdivision regulations that would be carried with the preliminary. After these are addressed submit (1) 24x36 revised PP's and (13) 11x17's • Sidewalks still not shown in the townhome area, • In section 1C, phase 3, block 1, lot 10, please check the width as it currently shows 34.55. • Add these notes under HOA note 1. (below meritorious modifications). You can take off the note about total proposed dwelling units. o Additional Conditions • Attached and/or detached two car garages required with each detached single-family dwelling unit as requested by residents through the Wellborn Community Plan. • A uniform six-foot fence with design elements shall be constructed at the time of subdivision development on the northern and eastern property lines of the portion of the subject property located north of Greens Prairie Road West. • On Hayfield Ct the lots will need to be revised. Lot 14 on block 5 makes 31 lots on that side of Hayfield.
