0 Et1ERTECH R E SOUR C E S January 16,2015 City of College Station PO Box 9960 College Station,TX 77842 To whom it may concern, I am writing on behalf of Enertech Resources in regard to the proposed tower modification project known as Brentwood Extension. The scope of work of this project is to extend the existing 35 foot tall stealth tower to 70 feet within the existing 648 square foot compound. In completing the site plan checklist, we have compiled a list of items that do not apply to this project. City Planning and Development staff have confirmed during pre-application discussions that these items do not apply to the Brentwood Extension project and asked that they be listed with brief explanations regarding the determination. These checklist items are therefore marked numerically to correspond with the attached list of explanations.Thank you for your consideration in this matter. 4,,,,e____ Sincerely, Justin ggins,PE Enertech Resources,LLC 7500 Rialto Blvd,Suite 110 Austin,TX 78735 P:830.387.4502 ext.220 0 EllERTECH R E s o u R c E Brentwood Extension Site Plan Inapplicable Items Explanations 1.
