NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING This is to notify you that the City of College Station is considering a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - USE & SITE request for the following property: Applicant: Dale Shumaker Project Number: 15-00900035 Subject Property: 2504 Texas Avenue South (See attached location map.) Proposed Use: Cellular Tower Facility The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 19, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. to consider the request. The City Council will also hold a public hearing to consider the request and the Commission's recommendation on Thursday, April 9, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. The public hearing will be held in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 1101 Texas Avenue, College Station, Texas.
