I am writing on behalf of Enertech Resources in regard to the proposed tower modification project
known as Brentwood Extension. The scope of work of this project is to extend the existing 35 foot tall stealth
tower to 70 feet within the existing 648 square foot compound.Throughout the duration of this project no
changes will be made to following aspects of the existing site:
• Ground mechanics including grading, drainage, erosion control and needs thereof
• Impact upon public infrastructure
• Site access
City Planning and Development staff have confirmed during pre-application discussions that this grants
exemption from submission of the following items found on the Conditional Use Permit Application
checklist:
• Development Permit Application/Public Infrastructure Review and Inspection Fee
• Grading, drainage, and erosion control plans and reports
• Public infrastructure plans and documents
Additionally, our client (DIAMOND TOWERS IV, LLC) owns only the Brentwood (1) tower within the
City,ETJ,or one mile of City boundary where the ETJ does not extend that far and has no new sites planned
for construction within this area(i.e.no inventory to report). These checklist items are therefore marked as
"N/A"for not applicable.Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
Sincerely, _
