This will elevate the classification of the site from an intermediate to a major wireless telecommunications facility and thus requires a Conditional Use Permit from The City of College Station.The intent of this letter is to catalog the contents of the Brentwood Extension Conditional Use Permit Application Package,assembled as follows: • Conditional Use Permit Checklist Cover Letter • Conditional Use Permit Checklist • Conditional Use Permit Application • Owner and Engineer Certifications • Owner Authorization Letter • Letter of Authorities • Property Lease and Bill of Sale • Site Plan Checklist Cover Letter • Site Plan Checklist • Site Plan(6 copies) • Site Plan Reference Drawings o Survey o Landscape Plan o Tower and Foundation Designs(as Attachment 1) • Attachments 1. Tower and Foundation Designs(specifications and structural analyses) 2. Tower Proximity Map(distance to nearby WTF's) 3. Visual Impact Analysis(photographic simulations) 4. Federal Regulatory Compliance(affidavit) 5. Colocation Allowances(letter and affidavit) 6. AT&T Grid Plan(carrier propagation map) 7.
