NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
The College Station City Council will hold a public hearing regarding an ordinance amending
Chapter 12, "Unified Development Ordinance," Section 12-4.2, "Official Zoning Map," of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of College Station, Texas by changing the zoning district
boundaries from R Rural to SC Suburban Commercial for approximately 1.9 acres for the
property in the Crawford Burnett, A-7, in the City of College Station, Brazos County, Texas, and
as conveyed in a gift deed in Volume 1620, Page 70, save and except that portion conveyed to
the State of Texas in the road right-of-way line of F.M. 2154, as recorded in Volume 6520, Page
247, of the Official Records of Brazos County, Texas, generally located at 112 Navarro Road.
The hearing will be held in the Council Chambers of the College Station City Hall, 1101 Texas
Avenue at the 7:00 p.m. meeting of the Council on Thursday, March 26, 2015. For additional

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is to notify you that the City of College Station is considering a REZONING
request for the following property:

The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday,
March 5, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. to consider the request. The City Council will also
hold a public hearing to consider the request and the Commission's
recommendation on Thursday, March 26, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. The public
hearing will be held in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 1101 Texas
Avenue, College Station, Texas.
All owners of the subject property and property owners within 200 feet of the
subject property have received notification of this request.

Being a tract of land containing 1.917 acres.in the Crawford Burnett.A-7,in the City of College
Station,Brazos County,Texas,and being all of Tract I,and 2:as conveyed in a gift deed in Vol,
1620,Page 70.save and except that portion conveyed to the State of Texas in the road right-of-way
of F.M.2154,as recorded in Vol.6520.Page 247,of the;Brazos County Official Records(B.C,O.R.)
A11 bearings of this surveys are referenced to the"texas State Plane Coordinate System,Central Zone,
NAD83(2011)Epoch 2010.. and boundary based on found rods referred to the deed recorded in Vol.
6520,Page 247,and as surve}ed on the ground on January20th,2015.`this description is also
referred to the plat prepared by A"l M Surveying,Project No. 15-0003,and being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a 112"iron rod w/yellow plastic cap marked"KR MCCLURE-RPLS 5650"
found for the north corner of this tract,also being a point on the southeast line of Navarro Drive(60'
