Hi Adam,
I apologize, I did not see this email come through until now. I need a full size copy(24x36), and then I will need 13 11x17
copies of the same map to include in the packets for the meeting. The metes and bounds is typically submitted to us on
legal size paper. I hope this helps, and if there is any way I could get this by this afternoon or tomorrow to finish the Staff
Report, it would be much appreciated. Thanks for your help.

How many copies of the changes do you want?And I'll give you the scanned legal description, do you want it on a
certain sized paper? Like are you shrinking it to 8.5x11, or putting it with other things?

Good afternoon Mr. Ruffino,
I wanted to follow up with you regarding the rezoning request for 112 Navarro. We have reviewed the application and
materials and have coordinated to place the request on the March 5th Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.There
are a few things we need though to add to the application for the meeting. We need the metes and bounds description
of the property on a separate page in order to scan it in clearly. We also need a revised zoning map that has survey
features removed.The features I am referring to are any utility or water lines, drainage structures, etc.The map should
only be showing the property boundary, acreage, and proposed land use. Should you have any questions, please let me
