Our original stealth enclosure permitted by the City was a rectangle enclosure. Due to renovations to the rooftop associated with the remodeling by the new owner, we have had to modify our stealth enclosure to a triangular shaped enclosure. Attached are photo simms showing the original approved design and new photo simms showing the new triangular design. As you can see, the revision is minor with no impact on the esthetic view of the rooftop—antennas are still enclosed in stealth design. Thank you, AT&T HX 6015 (15-900018) Proposed access does not meet TxDOT Access Management Manual guidelines; the property's frontage is too short to make the minimum distance between intersection or access points. Consideration should be given to including provisions for cross access easements to the properties on the northwest and southeast properties boundaries and the removal of the southeastern driveway, this maybe an acceptable layout. Before access can be approved these revisions must be implemented into the property's proposed plan and commercial access request and resubmitted.
