SUBJECT: DMR ACRES (FP)
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned final plat as requested. The following page is a list of staff
review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and
submit the following information for further staff review and to be scheduled for a future Planning
& Zoning Commission meeting:
One (1) 24"x36" copy of the revised final plat;
Thirteen (13) 11"x17" copies of the revised final plat;
Parkland Dedication in the amount of $1,261 must be submitted prior to the filing
of the final plat;
One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat (required after P&Z approval); and
One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to:
pdsdigitalsubmittal(c�cstx.gov.
Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be
considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that this application will
expire in 90 days from the date of this memo, if the applicant has not provided written response
comments and revised documents to the Administrator that seek to address the staff review
comments contained herein. If all comments have not been addressed your project will not be
scheduled for a Planning & Zoning Commission meeting. Your project may be placed on a
future agenda once all the revisions have been made and the appropriate fees paid. Once your
item has been scheduled for the P&Z meeting, the agenda and staff report can be accessed at
the following web site on Monday the week of the P&Z meeting.

Please note that a Mylar original of the revised final plat will be required after P&Z approval and
prior to the filing of the plat. If you have any questions or need additional information, please call

PLANNING
✓1. BCAD shows the Kenneth J. Morgan tract now belongs to Russell P. Morgan, please
update.
2. There was a note on the Preliminary Plan that the mobile home would be removed with
further development of the property. Please note the structure will need to be removed prior
to the filing of the plat.
/3. There is extra spacing in the Certificate of Ownership and Dedication between "of" and "the
land", please revise.
✓4. All lots should have corner markers, consisting of a 1/2 inch steel rod or 3/ pipe 2 feet in
length. Please show markers with labels of the type of marker used.
5. Parkland dedication in the amount of $1,261 (1*1,261) will be due prior to the filing of the
plat.
6. Please note that any changes made to the plan that have not been requested by the City of
College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter.
7. Please note that you may be required to submit paid tax certificates if they are not current
prior to the filing of your plat.

be completed and any staff comments returned to you on or before Monday, March 30, 2015. If

I reviewed the above-mentioned Final Plat - Residential application and determined it to be
incomplete. The following is the preliminary list of items needed to complete the submittal.
Please submit the following information so this application can be forwarded for review:
The Preliminary Plan is to be approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission
before the Final Plat can be accepted for review. The Preliminary Plan is
currently scheduled for consideration at the Thursday, March 5th Commission
meeting. If all other items are resolved, the Final Plat application will be
forwarded for review following approval of the Preliminary Plan by the
Commission; and
The Title Report provided with the application is dated October 26, 2014.
Please provide a new Title Report or a Nothing Further Certificate that is
current, within 90 days.
Please be aware that if this application is not completed before Monday, April 13, 2015, it will
expire and a new application and fees will be necessary to continue the platting process.
