CHILDRESS LEAGUE,A-95,Brazos County,Texas and being part of the land described in a Deed to 011ie Dewitt Parsons,recorded in Volume 281,Page 184,Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, (DRBCT) and being more fully described as follows: BEGINNING at a 5/8" iron rod found in the Southwest Right-of-Way(ROW) line of Dowling Road in Northeast line of said Parson's tract. Said iron rod bears N 45°24' 49" E, 350.00' from fence corner post marking East corner of said Parson's tract; THENCE S 45°02' 09" W,787.70' along Northwest line of Timbercrest Subdivision recorded in Volume 332, Page 622, DRBCT to a 5/8" iron rod found for corner; THENCE N 45°24' 48" W,349.73' along common line between this tract and David G. and Rose Schmidt 16.16 acre tract described in Deed recorded in Volume 1253,Page 26, Official Records of Brazos County, Texas, (ORBCT) to a 5/8" iron rod found for corner; THENCE N 45°00' 00" E,along Southeast line of Gerry I. Saum 57.01 acre tract described in a Deed recorded in Volume 2027, Page 236, ORBCT pass a 5/8" iron rod found for reference at 782.70' and continue for a total distance of 787.70' to a cross-tie fence corner post found for corner in Southwest ROW line of Dowling Road; THENCE S 45°24' 49" E,350.22' along said ROW line to the POINT OF BEGINNING, and containing 6.328 acres of land, more or less.
