The Certificate of the City Planner should be changed out for the Certificate of the Planning and Zoning Commission. The city planner certification has been replaced with the planning and zoning commission certification. 2. In the Certificate of Ownership, Please add the Owner(s) under the lines provided for the owner signature. Owner information has been added to the Certificate of Ownership. 3. For the Curve Table, are there chord lengths labeled as C3, C4, C6, and C7? If not, please renumber labels to be in numerical order. The curves have been renumbered. 4. Please note that you, the applicant, are responsible for scheduling the plat for consideration by the County Commissioner's Court and for getting the County Judge's signature on the Mylar after they approve the plat. Noted 5. Please note that any changes made to the plans, which have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter. Move "Detention Area" from lot 6 out of the proposed 20' PUE on Final Plat and Construction Document.Detention area has been relocated. -2' Relabel "Detention Area" to "Common Area" or "Private Drainage Easement." Per our phone conversation the "Detention Area"labels will remain. X Add a note on the Final Plat stating that fences, grading, and landscape cannot impede the flow of the private drainage easement.Note 30 has been added. Add a note on final plat and construction documents regarding requirement for compaction of fill or engineered slab for affected lots that have greater than 2 feet of fill. Also list any lot that would require this.Note 31 has been added sl Are there any restriction on the pipe easement that would not allow the PUE dedication on top of their easement? There are no restrictions on the pipeline easement that would not allow the PUE dedication. •(f Does lot 1 going to have sufficient room for a building & a septic system? Since the pipe easement is taking up most of the lot. Yes, lot 1 has sufficient room. Provide written documentation that the pipe line company has given consent for the encroachment and proposed construction documents. We are working with the pipeline company regarding the proposed improvements. XPlease show where the ROW utility lines are being relocated on the construction documents. FYI... additional easement may be required depending on the pole spacing with the water line. The BTU lines have been added to the construction document BTU and Wickson SUD HWE are fine with Easement provided A. A letter/correspondence from the Utility company (BTU?) approving the relocation. Correspondence with BTU regarding the relocation is attached. A Utility installation request for State Highway 30 is going to be required. FYI... We're not the end operator, Wickson Creek SUD would have to ultimately submit the UIR to TxDOT. We are working with Wickson SUD on the UIR. j-1. Relocate the gate valve on the 12" crossing the 6" line to the opposite site. So that future maintenance on the 12" casing does not affect the serviceability of the area. A 12"gate valve has been added. y2. Please provide clarification for Table 1 of the water report/letter. It is currently confusing. Fire hydrant flow test were run and attached is a Water Report. Seeing how the 6"parallel of SH 30 becomes a 2.5"line east of Roans Chapel, Is this line going to be able to handle the flows during an event when the Fire Hydrants are being used? Or is the Water tank that is feeding this line located northwest of Roans Chapel? Yes, the system is fed from both directions. X. Please provide a sealed engineer cost estimate.
