2. Provide a note on the building elevations to state: all roof and ground-mounted mechanical
equipment shall be screened from view or isolated so as not to be visible from any public right-of-
way or residential district within 150' of the subject lot, measured from a point five feet above grade.
Such screening shall be coordinated with the building architecture and scale to maintain a unified
appearance.
3. Change the signage label on the front elevation to "To be permitted separately."
4. Provide color id for each color listed in the materials legend or provide the swatch so that it can be
determined if the proposed colors fall within the approved color list for the City of College Station.
5. Will there be roof mounted mechanical equipment? If so, the parapet wall on the rear elevations
will need to be extended to screen the proposed mechanical equipment. You may also use other
approved methods of screening as listed in article 7.10 of the Unified Development Ordinance under
Required Screening.
