Dear Ms. Bullock,
The following are responses to comments generated from the City of College Station's Plan
Review, received on April 10, 2015. Responses are in Italics.
Planning
1. Please confirm existing trees in the vicinity of the portable will remain.
Existing trees will remain.
Engineering
1. Provide the portable building's total building area &type, and fire flow demand on the site plan.
See attached revised site plan for requested information. These portable buildings are
currently in use in the School District and are being relocated.
Fire
1. As long as a fire hydrant is within 450'of the portables we have access.
See attached site plan for location of fire hydrant;it is within approximately 120'of the
furthest corner of the proposed portable buildings.
If further information is required to address the above listed comments please do not hesitate to
