Michelle,
Just to follow-up on our phone conversation. The only fee that needs to be paid is the site plan fee of$350 since it is a
minor amendment to an existing site. Please see the check lists for what documents should be submitted. All sheets for
the site plan and construction documents should be 24x36 size. The checklist for the non-residential architectural
standards is not applicable. Engineering signatures should be completed and documents submitted. Page 7 starts the
checklist that has the requirements of what should be on the sheets. Sheets A1-A3 of the set you submitted with the
building set can be included in the site plan submittal.

I am from the Planning division with Planning and Development Services. Recently,you submitted a building permit for
Wells Fargo ATM. We require the site plan application to be filled out and submitted for review before a building permit
can be issued.
I have attached the application for your convenience. The Non-Residential Architectural Standards portion is not
needed. There is no free for the Development Permit, however the documents and signatures are still needed.
The site plan can be phased to include the changed area,the area disturbed, then an additional 20-foot buffer.

Typically first round review of the submitted documents is 2 weeks, as long as the application is complete. After review
is complete, we will send back any staff comments that need to be addressed.

Documents along with the site plan application should be submitted in hard copy, possibly by mail if it is out of your way
to drop them off in person. Please make sure that you have provided the items according to the checklists in the
application. It lets you know the number of copies and size of documents. I have attached that again for your

Hi Nick,
In starting the review on this project yesterday, I was unable to find a Site Plan showing the proposed
improvements. The only drawing submitted with the Site Plan Application was Partial Topographic Survey that had the
area of the proposed modifications bubbled. Site Plan needs to show the proposed modifications including pavement
and grades. Additionally,the City purchased right-of-way along Rock Prairie Road (December 16, 2013) is not reflected.
The deed is filed in volume 11755, page 161.
There is a checklist of minimum Site Plan requirements that is part of the Site Plan application. It appears that this part
of your application was not addressed. I have attached a copy of an application that includes the checklist (pages 7 thru
9) for your use.

I reviewed the above-mentioned Site Plan -Amendment (Minor) application and determined it to
be incomplete. The following is the preliminary list of items needed to complete the submittal.
Please submit the following information so this application can be forwarded for review:
The application requires 6 copies of the proposed site plan. Provide 5
additional 24"x36" copies of the site plan to supplement the one copy provided.
Please be aware that if this application is not completed before Monday, May 18, 2015, it will
expire and a new application and fees will be necessary to continue the site plan process.
