Dear Ms. Bullock,
The following are responses to comments generated from the City of College Station's Plan
Review, received on May 4, 2015. Responses are in Italics.
Planning
1. Please depict trees in the area and confirm if there will be ground disturbance.
Existing trees have been indicated with tree protection on the site plan. There is no
ground disturbance other than placement of a new sidewalk and the fire access road as
indicated on the plans.
Please depict the improvements in the area (i.e. sidewalks).
The proposed improvements are indicated on the enlarged plan. There are no other
/ existing site items in the vicinity.
% Please verify scales used.The enlarged site plan seems to be 1/8" = 1'-0" and the overall site
plan does not match 1" =50'-0".
The enlarged site plan has been revised to note the correct scale of 1/8"=1'-0". The
overall site plan is 1"=50'-0".
4. Please provide a 15-foot separation between portable structures.
We respectfully request a 10%adjustment to reduce the separation distance to 13'-6".
Attached is the completed Administrative Adjustment Application.
Please remove the bold outlines for the floor plan on the existing building adjacent to the track.
Please just show the building footprint.
The plan has been revised to illustrate only the building footprint, as requested.
16. Please provide information in the title block for the engineer.
There is no Engineer for this project scope.

Engineering
1. Delineate existing sanitary and associated utility easement on Site Plan.
See attached revised site plan for requested information.
2. My records indicate a possible storm sewer line in the area as well. Depict on Site Plan if still
existing.
See attached revised site plan for requested information.
3. Provide grading plan (existing and proposed grades) in area of Floodplain and indicate impacts
of any fill in the floodplain.
The existing grades have been indicated on the plan. There is no work proposed within
the floodplain.
4. Provide an erosion control plan for project if disturbing ground cover.
No ground cover will be disturbed.
Fire
I/1. Structures are shown to be over one hundred and fifty feet(150')from an approved access
road.
Refer to attached revised site plan for proposed fire access road.
Buildings will be required to have the alarm system notification devices attached to the main
building.
Understood. The portable buildings will be tied into the fire alarm system of the main
building.
J3. Fire extinguishers will be required in each building.
Fire extinguishers will be provided in each building.
