not exist in the 100 year flood zone.

Building Use - Bar - Zoning NG-1
1. As per FEMA Map no. 48041 CO143C - panel 143 of 250, the property does
not exist in the 100 year flood zone.
3. Site is not preparing food.
4. Waste shall be normal Domestic .Waste.
5. All roof and ground mtd. mechanical equipment shall be screened from view or
isolated so as not to be visible from any public right-of-way, or residential
district within 150' of the subject lot, measured from a point, five feet above
grade. Such Screening shall be coordinated with the building architecture
and scale to maintain a unified appearance.
6. The Contractor shall be responsible for containment and proper disposal of all
liquid and solid waste associated with this project. The contractor shall usall
means necessarry to prevent the occurance of wind blown litter from this
project
7. Building is Type 1 Construction and will include a Fire Sprinkler System.
Engineering and construction documents for the New 6" water line from
Boyette and the new FDC will be submitted to the City for approval by the Fire
Sprinkler Contractor.
