These developments came in before the Comprehensive Plan was adopted by ordinance, and were all supported by staff for their compliance with the policies of the Comprehensive Plan for the location of Multi-family development. Staff is recommending to amend the current comprehensive plan = - - • - - = - - ing - ; -- , - - - ; , : - - to Residential Attached, Planned Development, and Neighborhood Retail. The following item is a consideration of a rezoning for 0.5 acres of the vacant property. A property owners meeting was held on February 23rd where staff met with a handful of property owners to go over the plan and explain the changes.
