Dear Jennifer:
Pursuant to our meeting of Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2007,we are submitting the final
revisions to our construction drawings in accordance with your directives. Those
revisions are as follows:
1. Revised site plan, elevation and architectural floor plans which show the
structure to be in compliance with the non-residential architectural standard
relative to no more than 33% of the facade facing the right-of-way being on
the same continuous geometric plane.
2. Revised landscaping plan in compliance with the newly revised site plan and
architectural plan.
3. Revised architectural plan indicating the East elevation visible from the
right-of-way to be coated in cement stucco with pilasters and awnings as the
two design elements at least every 60'.
We trust that we have now complied with all of the required elements necessary
to release these plans for permitting. Thank you for your counsel and advice. We
look forward to hearing from either yourself or Ben McCarthy when our permit is
ready.
Ve "ru y Yours

Re: Final Inspection: Stop-N-Store Self Storage
3820 Harvey Road
Jennifer:
Pursuant to our discussion during your last inspection of the above referenced
facility,I am enclosing the specifications for exterior wall packs that are "Dark Sky
Compliant". We have decided to simply replace the wall packs rather than modify
the existing ones in some manner that is not consistent with nor intended for the
performance of the existing fixtures. Therefore,we will shield the front fixtures
facing Harvey Road and replace the fixtures on the East wall that faces our
residential neighbor. However, prior to ordering these fixtures,we would like your
approval since they represent a significant non refundable cost. Therefore, if you
would be so kind as to review the specifications and e mail your approval, I will
immediately order the new fixtures and get them installed so that we can schedule
our final inspection and obtain a permanent certificate of occupancy. Thank you
and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Gentlemen:
The Architectural Control Committee has reviewed the materials
you submitted regarding your proposed Phase 2 expansion of the
existing Stop-n-Store Ministorage facility at 3820 Harvey Road
(Block 4 of the Harvey Hillsides Addition) .
The Committee approved your plans and specifications with certain
stipulations shown on the enclosure to this letter.
During the review, members of the Committee expressed concern
relative to the size of this project and its effect on the
residential properties on the east (actually northeast) and
south (actually southeast) sides of the new structure. It is
imperative that the adverse impact on these adjoining lots be
held to a minimum.
The Committee appreciates your pledge to maintain your current
management style and hours of operation, and your recognition
of adjoining property owners ' rights to privacy and their ability
to enjoy their residences in peace.
The Committee extends its best wishes for the successful
completion and operation of your Phase 2 development.

STIPULATIONS
Phase 2 Expansion of the Stop-n-Store Ministorage Facility
1 . Prior to the start of construction, the Committee requests
it be informed, in writing, that the rate of surface water flow
from the property after completion of the project will not exceed
the rate of surface water flow from the property prior to the
land being developed. This information will be conveyed over
the signature of a registered professional engineer.
2 . In the interest of enhancing security, the rear gate of
the facility will be kept closed and securely locked at all
times except during actual use by authorized personnel.
3 . Exterior illumination will be designed and installed to
ensure that direct lighting will not extend beyond the property
line and thus create a nighttime nuisance to neighboring
dwellings. This is of significant importance in view of the
residential properties to the northeast and southeast of the
proposed building. The situation is exacerbated by the height
of the new structure and the proposed placement of the lighting
wall packs at the 16-foot-above-grade level . There will be
no lighting on poles.
4 . Screening by vegetation and other devices along the northeast
and southeast property lines must be maintained. Of particular
note in this regard is the construction of the concrete retaining
wall planned for the east (actually northeast) side of the
property which will require extensive excavation. Accordingly,
any damaged screening vegetation on the property or on the
adjoining lot(s) must be replaced promptly with screening
vegetation of equal or greater height and density.
