STAFF REVIEW COMMENTS NO. 1
Project: COCS MEMORIAL CEMETERY & AGGIE FIELD OF - 07-00500231
PLANNING
1. Property located outside of the City Limits does not have zoning. Please clearly
show the City Limit line and remove the zoning for all properties outside the city.
2. Clearly identify the floodplains and streams.
3. You can remove the dimensions of the area/lines.
4. Identify the proposed land use
5. Identify which thoroughfares are requested to be removed
6. Clearly show the zoning boundaries
7. You may want to remove the zoning and provide a smaller inset map that shows just
the zoning boundaries for clarity.
8. What is the plan for the oil well site? Will it be closed with development?
