PLANNING AND ENGINEERING
1. We will accept additional block length variance requests. Please submit a revised variance request to
include the block length on Saddle Creek between Prairie Lane/Court and Vintage Oaks Drive.
2. After review of the block length variance requests, staff has determined that Winchester Cove does not
need a block length as it meets the cul-de-sac standard.
3. Please label all remaining tracts that are not a part of this phased development with a lot and block
number. We will not accept reserve tracts.
4. How will this development handle detention?
5. Please identify who will be responsible for maintaining the common areas.
6. FYI—A fire flow report will be required at final plat stage.

BTU COMMENTS
1. Please remove the 2nd sentence of note#13 as the service will be at the front of the lots but we may
need to install lines in some of the easements between/behind lots.
2. Please show a PUE in the L1-L5 areas (on sheet 5/9) in the access easement area to allow service to get
from Stousland to the development and still be within easement.
