Mr. Robinson,
On October 3, 2008 we received instructions from your office to revise page 2 of our
"Zoning Board of Adjustment Application"form to remove the statement that the "city
inspector missed the measurement" on the setback as the city inspector is not
responsible for measuring the setback, it is the responsibility of the developer of the
lot(copy enclosed).
After consideration, we have decided that we do want to keep the original wording as
we had it before your fax correspondence to remove the sentence.
Please find our revised form, with our original statement reinstated in the form on
page 2.
