There are no revisions necessary for the full-size map provided. Please submit the following information by Monday, October 27, 2008, 10:00 a.m., your project will be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for, Thursday, November 20, 2008, 7:00 gym. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. Nineteen (19) 11"x17" copies of the Comprehensive Plan Amendment map. Please note that this item, along with other items, has not been scheduled for the November 6th Planning & Zoning Commission meeting due to the large volume of cases already scheduled for that meeting. Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that if all comments have not been addressed your project will not be scheduled for a Planning & Zoning Commission meeting. Your project may be placed on a future agenda once all the revisions have been made.
