The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. If all comments have been addressed and the following information submitted by Monday, October 13, 10:00 a.m., your project will be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for Thursday, November 6th, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. One (1) 24"x36" copy of the revised final plat; Nineteen (19) 11"x17" copies of the revised final plat; One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to mtrevino@cstx.gov; and The Mylar original of the revised final plat with the owner and County Judge's signatures (will be required after the County's approval). • Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that if all comments have not been addressed, your project will not be scheduled for the Planning & Zoning Commission meeting. Your project may be placed on a future agenda once all the revisions have been made and the appropriate fees paid. Once your item has been scheduled for the P&Z meeting, the agenda and staff report can be accessed at the following web site on Monday the week of the P&Z meeting. http://www.cstx.gov/home/index.asp?page=2481 Please note that a Mylar original of the revised final plat will be required after P&Z approval and prior to the filing of the plat. Plat is not in compliance with the preliminary plat for Section 1C, Phase 1. Phase 1 includes 4 lots with a 50 foot access easement, the plat only shows 2 lots with a 25 foot access easement. 2. Please hatch the ROW dedication and clearly delineate the new property boundary. 3. The lots in this phase do not meet the minimum lot width required on rural roads. Please also note for the setbacks that they are in accordance with the PDD rezoning on the site, City Ordinance#3079. 2. Please note that any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that the City has not been made aware of will constitute a completely new review. 3.
