Jess and Erika,
FYI, based on the response from the Columbus Pacific Properties(CPP), I told Veronica and Kerry that they can proceed with the
plat/replat of the CRED property without including the adjacent Cottages lot now owned by CPP.
CPP had asked for CRED's layout and building elevations and they were provided as a courtesy. As you can see below, CPP is
expressing concerns with the layout of a competing project next to them as part of their willingness to participate in the plat
application and are seeking additional time to consider it. In order to not hold up a development based on the unjustified
demands of a neighbor,the plat can proceed forward without them. Let me know if you have any questions.

It was very nice talking to you this afternoon. We really appreciate all your help. Per our conversation, I have
attached a revised copy of the application for Mr. Shirken's signature. For the plat application submittal to the City, we
will need the following items from you:
1. a copy of the Signed Application
2. Proof of Authority for Mr. Shirken to sign on behalf of CPP College Station I LLC and CPP College
Station II LLC.
3. A copy of the title policy from when the property was purchased from Capstone.
