CPP had asked for CRED's layout and building elevations and they were provided as a courtesy. As you can see below, CPP is expressing concerns with the layout of a competing project next to them as part of their willingness to participate in the plat application and are seeking additional time to consider it. In order to not hold up a development based on the unjustified demands of a neighbor,the plat can proceed forward without them. Let me know if you have any questions.
