Dear Ms.Clough:
This letter is to inform you that the above referenced property is in compliance with the required front
building setback as written in Article 5.2 Residential Dimensional Standards of the Unified Development
Ordinance (UDO).According to Article 5.2,the front building setback of 25' feet may be reduced to 15'
feet when approved rear access is provided, or when side yard or rear yard parking is provided. The
property,as shown on the survey,provides side yard and rear yard parking,thereby reducing the required
front building setback to 15'feet.As such an administrative adjustment is not required.
