Provide the address and property legal description in the title block. 3. Provide a note that states the zoning of the property (C-1 with OV). 4. Please label the curb between the ATM drive-thru lane and fire lane and provide a detail. 5. Please identify the groundcover for the island between the ATM and bank teller lanes. 6. It appears that one canopy tree and 22 shrubs on the original Landscape Plan approved for the site are being removed with the proposed addition. Please show the location of the replacement plantings and provide a note with species being used for replacement and that the new plantings will be irrigated. 7. Please provide a general note that 100% coverage of groundcover, decorative paving, decorative rock (not loose), or a perennial grass is required in parking lot islands, swales and drainage areas, the parking lot setback, rights-of-way, and adjacent property disturbed during construction. 8. Please provide a note that states signs are permitted separately. 9. Staff requests the remaining canopy trees in the vicinity of the construction area be barricaded. If trees are damaged during construction, they will need to be replaced as well. 10. FYI, the building elevations submitted within the initial building permit set meet the Non- Residential Architecture Standards and have been copied and approved. 11. Please note that the building permit that has been issued was for the interior finish-out and a new a Building Permit application will need to be submitted for the exterior work. 12. Please note that any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that the City has not be made of aware of will constitute a completely new review.
