All concrete shall be in accordance with the A.C.I. standard "Building Code Requirements for Reinforced Concrete" (A.C.I.318) latest revision. 2. All reinforcing steel shall be new domestic deformed billet steel conforming to ASTM A615, Grade 60 (60,000 PSI yield point). 3.
